Young Players Step Up for Redskins in Must Win Game

With Breeland going down with an injury Quinton Dunbar was forced to step up. With 13 minutes left in the 4th quarter Dunbar intercepted Eli Manning in the end zone on a drive that could’ve given New York a 31-26 lead. Dunbar’s number was also called on the fake punt.

Tress Way threw a jump ball and the former WR turned CB was able to haul it in. Another young Redskin Cravens stepped up big as well. In the first two weeks he had a rather small workload, but yesterday he played and lot and played well.

With 1 minute left he intercepted Manning to seal the deal, and to give Washington their first win this year. The Redskins will play the Browns next week which should be a win. The following week they will host the Eagles which will be a HUGE game for the Skins.
