Patriots Make Easy Work of Steelers
The Patriots started the game by quickly working into Steelers territory with a huge Edelman catch and run, but the Steelers held them to only 3 points.
Then later in the first quarter Brady found Hogan in the back of the end zone to make the score 10-0. The Steelers were able to answer with a touchdown of their own by Deangelo Williams making it 10-6 after a missed extra point.
The Steelers then mustard a field goal after being stopped on the goal line. The Patriots extended their lead with a flea flicker touchdown pass from Brady, a field goal, and a Blount touchdown run making it 27-9. Things didn’t turn around for the Steelers after that when Eli Rodgers was stripped inside their own 35.
The Patriots took that turnover to make it 33-9 after an Edelman touchdown. The game would finish 36-17, and the Patriots will be heading to Houston to take on the Falcons.
